- Photos of the faulty items have been uploaded to the returns portal and approved by the customer care team.
- The item(s) are in the original new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached. Please ensure you take extra care in packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. We do no take responsibility if items are damage during transit.
