- Items have been received by Shirty Style. within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied with the returns items
- Photos of the faulty items have been uploaded to the returns portal and approved by the customer care team.
- The item(s) are in the original new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes and tags attached
